You can deposit funds into your account, transfer money to and from thousands of online merchants and withdraw funds from your account.
The NETeller system makes transferring money secure and convenient. When transferring money to your account, all you need to do is enter your NETeller account ID, your NETeller secure ID, and the amount that you wish to transfer from your NETeller account. The funds transfer occurs instantly which saves you from having to enter your credit card (or banking information) at every website you would like to transact with. You only have to enter these details once - at NETeller.com - to make transactions at thousands of websites.
The minimum deposit by NETeller is GBP 10, EUR 10, USD 10, or CAD 10.
You can make 20 free deposit transactions during a 30 day period to a maximum value of GBP 20,000 or currency equivalent. Thereafter a fee of 2.7% applies per transaction.

Moneybookers is a fast, convenient and secure way to fund your MANSION account. There are no set up fees or monthly charges, all you need is an email address to start using your Moneybookers account. You can fund your Moneybookers account using a wide variety of methods including using your credit card, bank account, eNETS (Singapore), Nordea Solo (Sweden & Finland) and Netpay (Austria). When transferring money to your MANSION account all you need to do is enter your email address and Moneybookers password and the amount you wish to transfer from your Moneybookers account.
MANSION does not apply charges to deposits or withdrawals made by Moneybookers. The minimum deposit by Moneybookers is GBP 10, EUR 10, USD 10, HKD 10, SGD 10.

InstaDebit is a safe and secure way to make payments online using funds in your bank account, transacting in Canadian Dollars (CAD). You can deposit funds into your account, transfer money to and from thousands of online merchants and withdraw funds from your account.
Once you are registered with InstaDebit, click on the InstaDebit payment option in the Cashier and follow the easy transaction instructions.
The minimum deposit by InstaDebit is CAD 10. The maximum deposit is CAD 500, you can make up to 10,000 deposits in a 30 day period.

You don't need a card or bank account to use UKash. UKash is easily available from many local shops. Getting and spending UKash is almost instant.
Pay cash for a UKash voucher in your local shop where you see the PayPoint, Payzone or E-pay sign. Then use the unique 19 digit UKash number to deposit with MANSION.
Please note, you must deposit the full amount of your UKash voucher. UKash is not a withdrawal option; however, withdrawal of funds deposited via UKash can be processed via direct Bank Transfer at no cost to you.

Here at MANSION the security of our customers� details and funds is of top priority. It is for this reason that we request a copy of the front and back of every credit card to which a withdrawal is to be made. When sending us the copy of the back of your credit card, please make sure that the signature is clearly visible. If you have any concerns about sending a copy of the front of your card, you may block out parts of the card number provided that the last four digits are clearly visible.
Photographic ID
Supplying current, valid photographic ID is a prerequisite of any MANSION account holder before making a withdrawal for the first time. This can be either a photographic driving license or a passport. When sending your ID to MANSION, please make sure that your photograph and signature are clearly visible. Providing us with your ID assists us in preventing fraud and helps us to verify that our customers are at least 18 years of age.
Both types of ID can be sent to us one of three ways: via email to memberservice@mansion.com, by fax to +350 200 41001 or by post to MANSION Member Services, PO Box 1234, Gibraltar. ID need only be sent once. When received, your account will be updated and you will be able to withdraw from your MANSION account.

There are a number of withdrawal methods with MANSION, these are:
Enter the "Cashier" and then click on the "Withdraw" tab. Before the opening Withdraw page is loaded a check is performed to identify withdrawal methods available to you. The methods available to you are dependent upon your previous deposit history. This is a form of security check used to ensure that the funds that are being withdrawn are going to the rightful owner.
Once on the opening Withdraw page you will be presented with two boxes, "Amount to Withdraw" and a drop down box "Preferred Withdrawal Method". In the drop down box will be the list of available alternatives based on your deposit history.
1. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw.
2. Choose your preferred "Method of Withdrawal"
3. And click "Next"
The cashier then determines if MANSION has the required documentation on file:
(a) It checks that a copy of the front and back of the card is held
on file for all Mastercard and Visa cards used to
deposit funds.
(b) It checks that Photographic ID is held on file. (A MUST for all forms of withdrawal methods).
If you have not supplied MANSION with the required documentation for identification purposes an error message will appear.
If the required documentation for identification has been supplied, you will go through to the selected withdrawal method page. The amount of withdrawal will be shown, but you can change this figure here if you wish.
You can choose from the drop down box a card that has been registered on your account. You will only be able to select and make a withdrawal to a card from which you have previously made a deposit.
In addition, the cashier will not display non-UK MasterCards or Visa cards issued in prohibited countries. The cashier will then perform a transaction limit validation where it checks that the withdrawal amount is between the minimum and maximum limit. If the entered withdrawal amount is under the minimum or over the maximum, an error message will appear when you click "OK" and you will be passed back to the withdrawal page to re-enter amount.

On the "Cashier" go to the "Withdraw" tab. If you select from the "Preferred Withdrawal Method" box Credit/Debit card, you will be sent to the Credit/Debit Cards' withdrawal section.
The "Amount of Withdrawal" box may indicate a withdrawal amount, but you can change this figure here if you wish. You can choose from the drop down box a card that has been registered on your account.
You will only be able to select and make a withdrawal to a card from which you have previously made a deposit. Due to card scheme rules we are not able to process non UK MasterCard withdrawals. We are also temporarily unable to process UK Mastercard withdrawals. Visa withdrawals can be made to cards issued in countries other than prohibited countries.

If the transaction limit query is validated, the payment is then sent through to our finance team for processing and you are presented an authorisation message confirming the funds have been withdrawn.
If the transaction limit query is not validated either the amount entered is below the minimum or above the maximum allowable. An error message will appear telling you to try again by entering another amount. By clicking "OK" you will be passed back to the withdrawal page to re-enter an amount.
When using MasterCard or Visa Credit Cards you can make 5 free withdrawal transactions during a 30 day period. Thereafter a fee of 4% applies per transaction.
All withdrawals made via Visa Debit Cards are free of charge.
On the "Cashier" go to the "Withdraw" tab. If you select NETeller from the "Preferred Withdrawal Method" box, you will be sent to the "NETeller" withdrawal section.
The "Amount of Withdrawal" box may indicate a withdrawal amount, but you can change this figure here if you wish. When you enter your NETeller account ID and click "Withdraw", the cashier performs the following transaction limit validation:

How long until I receive my money?
On the "Cashier" go to the "Withdraw" tab. If you select "EcoCard" from the "Preferred Withdrawal Method", you will be sent to the EcoCard withdrawal section.

When you enter your EcoCard Public ID and click "Withdraw", the cashier performs the following transaction limit validation:

On the "Cashier" go to the "Withdraw" tab. If you select Bank Transfer from the "Preferred Withdrawal Method" box, you will be sent to the "Bank Transfer" withdrawal section. The "Amount of Withdrawal" box may indicate a withdrawal amount, but you can change this figure here if you wish.
If no bank account has been registered the page will default to "Register New Account". A drop down menu will allow you to select between withdrawing to a "Registered Bank Account" or to "Register New Bank Account". If you select "Register New Bank Account" it will display fields to enable you to register a new bank account, with an additional field for withdrawal amount.
Once you have selected your bank account details they will be displayed on screen. You then need to click "Withdraw".
The cashier will then perform the following transaction limit validation:

The above MANSION processing times represent the time within which MANSION will instruct the relevant financial service provider to transfer funds. The actual receipt of funds by you will be subject to the further processing and clearing times of these third-party financial service providers.
First-time withdrawals
If it is your first withdrawal request and you have sent us all of the necessary information required in accordance with the MANSION Withdrawal Policy, then you should allow 3 business days for this information to be reviewed and verified prior to our Finance team commencing processing of your withdrawal.
We will reimburse charges incurred by you when making a deposit by Bank Transfer or Cheque/International Money Order.
Simply fax to member service the receipt showing the costs incurred and we will credit your account for the expense upon receipt of your deposit.
